This initial consultation allows the doctor to get more information about your health and wellness needs, and allows you to get answers to any questions you may have about treatment prior to scheduling an appointment. We will talk briefly about acupuncture and it's benefits, as well as how we can help and approximately how many treatments you will need.
60-90 min - $125-$140
During your first acupuncture visit we will spend time getting to know you and your health concerns. This includes a consultation, evaluation, and treatment so please allow an hour to 90 minutes for your first visit. Try to refrain from strenuous exercise or drinking alcohol for at least 6 hours after being treated. Get some rest and drink plenty of water. Please make sure you are not hungry prior to this appt. A link to online new patient forms will appear in your confirmation email. If you do not fill them out online please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. You do NOT need to arrive 20-30 mins ahead of time and we will most likely not be able to see you earlier than your appointment time.
30-60 min -$75-$90
Depending on the condition that you are being treated for, several acupuncture sessions may be required. When you come in for follow-up visits, we will ask you if there have been any changes in your general health and if there has been any improvement in the condition that we are treating. As long as there are no new health concerns, we can get started with your treatment and you can expect to be on your way within 30 minutes to an hour. If there are any new issues or developments, the doctor may take some time to ask questions or conduct a quick diagnosis prior to initiating any treatments.

Massage is one of the oldest and simplest forms of neuromuscular therapy, and it accomplishes far more than create a pleasant sensation on the skin. The system of stroking, pressing, and kneading different areas of the body works on the soft tissues to relieve pain, relax the muscles, stimulate blood flow, release toxins trapped in soft tissue and improve overall muscle tone. Although a single massage will be enjoyable, doctors and therapists often say that the effects of massage are cumulative, and a course of massage treatments will bring the greatest benefit.
