Try to refrain from strenuous exercise or drinking alcohol for at least 6 hours after being treated. Get some rest and drink plenty of water. Please make sure you are not hungry prior to this appointment. A link to online new patient forms will appear in your confirmation email. Follow-Up Acupuncture Visits
45-60 min -$75-$105

Depending on the condition that you are being treated for, several acupuncture sessions may be required. When you come in for follow-up visits, we will ask you if there have been any changes in your general health and if there has been any improvement in the condition that we are treating. As long as there are no new health concerns, we can get started with your treatment and you can expect to be on your way within 30 minutes to an hour. If there are any new issues or developments, the doctor may take some time to ask questions or conduct a quick diagnosis prior to initiating any treatments.

Massage Therapy Treatments

Jennifer Coyne, LMT (Sunstone Reiki & Massage)  Please call (813) 699-0376 to book massage

Massage is one of the oldest and simplest forms of neuromuscular therapy, and it accomplishes far more than create a pleasant sensation on the skin. The system of stroking, pressing, and kneading different areas of the body works on the soft tissues to relieve pain, relax the muscles, stimulate blood flow, release toxins trapped in soft tissue and improve overall muscle tone.  Although a single massage will be enjoyable, doctors and therapists often say that the effects of massage are cumulative, and a course of massage treatments will bring the greatest benefit.
